We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hideandstyle.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
We are happy to offer exchanges for size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Please contact us to reserve your desired item before sending your original purchase back.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Customized or personalized products, as well as items showing signs of wear or damage caused by misuse, cannot be returned or exchanged.
